Board Retreat Pre-Work Questionnaire

We are super excited to be facilitating the upcoming board retreat. The purpose of the retreat is to engage Board Members in creative, visionary planning that will result in clearly defined strategic plan for the next three years with goals and action items for 2022-2023. Our goal is to develop strategies that will guide our efforts to foster organizational growth and future success.

We will concentrate on four specific but interrelated areas: strategy, sweet spot (aligning board roles with expertise), systems (creating sustainability and continuity), and social collaboration (with board members and community).

In order to prepare the most effective agenda and to ensure productive retreat dialogue and discussion, we are asking you to share your ideas, viewpoints, and perspectives prior to the retreat. All answers will be kept confidential and used for the facilitator to develop training for the retreat.
